Abstract

The law and political ideas of the philosopher N.A. Berdyaev are examined in the paper. The main attention is paid to the theory of the state, form of government and political regime. The author makes analysis of the Berdyaev’s conception of the human rights and obligations as well estimates its significance to the modern society.
